At Fellsway Pediatrics we strive to provide high-quality, timely, and up-to-date comprehensive primary care to infants, children and adolescents. The goal is to provide consistently excellent care within a warm and personal atmosphere.

- Monday–Thursday: 8:30 am–12:30 pm || 1:30 pm–5:00 pm
We book physicals and sick visits until 4:00 pm.
- Friday: 9:00 am–3:00 pm.
- Saturdays: sick visits only. We recommend that you call our office by 10:00am as hours will book up quickly.
As with after hours calls, our doctors will be sharing 'on-call' duty with several other pediatricians in the area. When you call our offices you will be directed to the pediatrician on call.

If Your Child is Sick | Call Backs
Please call your usual location. Your call will be triaged by our staff.
If urgent, you will speak to a doctor as soon as he or she is available - within one hour.
If not urgent, you will receive a call back from our office within four hours.
If necessary, we make every effort to schedule your sick visit that day, with your child’s primary care clinician.
Your Online HealthCare Support Portal
As the parent or guardian of a current Fellsway Pediatrics patient, you can use this patient portal for convenient 24-hour, 7 days a week secure access to your child's electronic health records from the comfort and privacy of your own home or office computer.
This is a voluntary system, developed to protect and streamline the flow of medical information between you and our offices. Unlike email, any communication through the portal is secure.
It will not replace your access to to your child's pediatrician, or to our staff. As always, we will remain available to you personally and by phone.
Using your HealthCare Support Portal you will be able to:
- Communicate online with our practice, securely and efficiently.
- Ask non-urgent questions.
- We will respond within 24 hours or the next business day.
- Request Appointments.
- View date and time of upcoming appointments.
- Request Medication Refills.
- View your child's Personal Health Records.
- Fill out forms online ahead of your visit.
- Review your statements.
- Manage your personal information.
Username & Password
If you would like to use the HealthCare Portal, just ask at the office when you next stop by. We will set you up and give you a username and password (which you can later change).
